News... Fattening up... some more!  

Now that I am tapering down on the exercise in order to be well rested for my swim, the 'reduction' in exercise is providing a great opportunity for me to actually fatten up - something that I've been struggling with.

However I have managed to force myself to eat on average…
5 croissants, 2 chocolate bars, bacon, egg, cheese muffin, full lunch, crisps, full dinner and 1/2 tubs of Hagen Dazs, plus protein drinks and full fat milk, milkshakes mixed with 1/4 glass of double cream a day for the last two and half months!!! And have gained 1 and a quarter stone!

I am now officially ‘obese’ with a body fat content of 29.3%. I’m going to see if I can get it up to 30% between now and the weekend!

The daily recommended intake of fat for a woman is 70g. A quick tally on my average daily fat intake brings me to about 227g - more than a standard 200g pack of lard! The Atkins diet would be great for me, if I wasn’t mixing it all with carbohydrates!
