I had a pre-recorded interview with Radio Jackie 107.8fm for South West London and North Surrey last night and I got mentioned on the hourly news slot between 09:00 and 13:00 today, which included a clip from the interview. Then, can you believe it - the updates on Tony Blair and the Butler Report took precedence!

I took to the airwaves like a brick to water! But it certainly helped raise awareness of my swim as I was stopped in the Health Club lobby and swimming pool, with people who had heard about me on the radio!
